Mindfulness-based Coaching – Personal Practice Nurture – Groups and Retreats
As a qualified Life coach with over 18 years of coaching a diverse range of clients through change, periods of challenge and personal growth. I graduated with distinction from The Coaching Academy and delight in working with individuals and groups through personal and spiritual growth, change and transition. I am a qualified Breathworks Mindfulness Teacher .
As a qualified Minfulness teacher, my unique style of coaching combines mindfulness tools and techniques that aim to empower clients with greater self-awareness, personal insight to assist their life path choices and open up gateways to greater wellbeing.
- Mindfulness-based coaching session – 60 minutes, by phone, Zoom, or Skype.
- If you have attended a previous mindfulness course or retreat and have a lapsed or waning mindfulness practice, or simply wish to nurture ongoing growth, I offer one-to-one nurture sessions where I will support you with your practice nurture and deepening.
MINDFUL LIVING IN LOCK-DOWN FOR THOSE IN THE ELDERHOOD YEARS
During the Covid-19 crisis, I have been offering mindful elder coaching both one-to-one personal sessions on zoom, skype, or over the telephone, for those over 60.
I hold weekly Mindfulness Zoom Groups to reduce isolation and support learning mindful wellbeing tools for Elder in indefinite lock-down, through this time of great challenge and change.
