Our silent retreat is a way to develop or deepen your meditation practice whilst cultivating more mindfulness.
Suitable for all, however much experience you have of meditation or yoga.
The retreat will be held in the Peak District at Hathersage Youth Hostel, which is exclusively hired for our use and within walking distance of the Railway Station
Event includes accommodation, guided meditations and yoga instruction, all meals (vegetarian) and refreshments between sessions.
12 places in large shared rooms (2 to a room) @ £195 per place
2 places in shared en-suite room @ £225
1 single room @ £225. (Please state your preference on enquiring).
You can choose either to pay deposit of £50 or the full amount of your (confirmed) room type (£195 or £225). If you choose to pay the deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in full by 10th January 2016.
Retreat facilitators: Jan Walshaw and Lynette Robinson
Jan is a qualified yoga/meditation instructor and reflexologist. She is experienced in working with groups on silent meditation and yoga retreats. Lynette is a qualified Life Coach who incorporates mindfulness skills into her coaching style. She facilitates meditation nurture groups and hosts women’s retreats.
