10.30AM TO 4PM

Now, more than ever, we need to stay connected and held within like-minded communities of care and support. Invest in your mental, emotional and spiritual well-being and spend it nurturing your inner (and outer) community of care and connection with fellow travellers of mindful living.

The Day will consist of:

• Small break-out groups for inquiry work will support our outer
connections with each other.
• Guided mindfulness meditations, well-being practices.
• Reconnection to inner stillness and balance.

Breaks: There will be a 10 minute comfort break half way through morning and afternoon sessions with an hour off-line time for you to eat lunch and take mindful movement.

Retreat Leader: In a gentle, safe and compassionately held space, mindfulness teacher Lynette Robinson will facilitate the day.
